Hier een topic over source omdat er in half life 2 topic ook word gepraat over source en maps en screens worden gepost daar, is het beter een aparte te openen dat het duidelijk blijft wat wat is

At the last minute, a police informant contacted the local police and tipped them off about the terrorist's plot.
Terrorists: bomb the courthouse and rescue your captured member.
Counter-terrorists: prevent the bombing at all costs.
Deze map komt volgend weekend uit.

Ik wil da online spelen, maar m wilt ni inloggen op de server.
Ok, ik weet da ik t heb gedownload en dat da ni mag enzo.. ma volgens de .nfo da erbij zat zou t wel moeten lukken.

For Half-Life 2:
"<install dir>\SteamApps\User\Half-Life 2\hl2.exe" -steamlocal
For Counter-Strike Source:
"<install dir>\SteamApps\User\Counter-Strike Source\hl2.exe" -steamlocal -game cstrike
<install dir> being wherever you installed the game obviously.
*** OFFLINE / ONLINE MODE *************************************
--- ONLINE ---
From the /VENGEANCE/ directory on the DVD, double click the
file "Steam Online.reg" to put the game in ONLINE mode.
Make sure your internet connection is active and the needed
ports to play CS: Source are open (or turn firewalls off).
--- OFFLINE ---
From the /VENGEANCE/ directory on the DVD, double click the
file "Steam Offline.reg" to put the game in OFFLINE mode.
---------------------------------------------------------------
The game MUST be in ONLINE mode to play Counter-Strike Source
on cracked servers, or to host a cracked server, and you
obviously must be connected to the internet.
OFFLINE mode is for those who do not have a constant internet
connection or for those who do not want any contact with VALVE
servers and want to play Half-Life 2.
Remember that OFFLINE mode will disable Counter-Strike Source
online capabilities. So if you want to play online, follow
the instructions above to enable ONLINE mode.
Remember, STEAM does NOT need to be running to play either
Half-Life 2, or Counter-Strike Source and you DO NOT need a
STEAM username/account.

en welke versie hebt ge? relaoded neem ik aan  het probleem met die kopiekes is da steam slim genoeg is om telkes updates te doen wa eigenlijk betekent dat ge uw versie ook moet updaten .... alles moet gelijk zijn om te spelen ( servers updat enz) nu ja voor de kopies zijn der ook updates ma reken is uit. Steam doet toch ongeveer 1 a 2 updates per maand nu .... betekent da gij telkes updates moet gaan zoeken op web en hopen dat die werken dit is te doen maar zu toch beter orrigineel kope want dan totaal gene shit meer met steam
ps heb al gezien da ge vengeance versie hebt.... ni echt de juiste om mee te beginnen volgens mij juist is opgezoch en zitte al aan update 4 voor vengeance vesie dus... think you just buy it better

gotver, wa ne nest is me da allemaal ...
half life geinstalleerd, ik kon t spelen, maar dan begonnen met patchen van hl² en css .. update 7
tijdens patchen kreeg ik van windows t bericht da mijn virtueel geheugen te klein was, en dat m t moest vergroten 
patch ok, hl² installer en css installer nog wa aanpassen
steam-accountje maken, wa prullen in steam-emulator van Vengeance ...
En dan was hl en css ineens zn "gameinfo.txt" kwijt .. kon niks doen.
Ik denk da ik m toch maar ga kopen, kwas der al lang over aant twijfelen, ma mn eigen hl² cd-key die ze nooit meer gaan afpakken

Aanstaande maandag 17 januari zal er een flinke update online gezet worden. In deze update wordt de officiële Counter-Strike Bot geïntroduceerd en zal ook de map de_tides, opnieuw in opgebouwd door Turtlerock Studios, geïntergreerd zijn.
Het gaat hier dus over een remake van een cs:cz map
